FAQ.
ORDER & LEAD TIME.
Normal production lead time is between 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. But it may vary up to 8-12 weeks depending on the request. For questions, please contact us for an estimation.
PAYMENT.
Orders are paid either through invoice or via a card payment link (2.5% fee applicable).
DELIVERY.
Orders are shipped from Sweden (EU).
We normally ship all orders on palett using DHL within EU, and UPS for orders placed outside of the EU.
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to the order email address. You can use this link to track and follow your order shipment status.
Damaged goods during transport? If you notice that the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the damage must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier upon receipt.
RETURNS.
All products sold Concept Stål are custom-made and manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements, measurements, and preferences. As the products are individually produced and customized upon request, the right of withdrawal and cancellation does not apply in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation regarding specially manufactured goods.
This applies to all our products, as they are specially manufactured, ordered, or otherwise adapted specifically for you based on your requested specifications and dimensions.
NOTE: the right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
IMPORT DUTIES.
If an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable when the shipment reaches the delivery address. You as a customer are fully responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes or similar fees. We have no control over these charges and they may vary from one country to another. If you have any questions in this regard you should always contact your local customs office.
PRODUCT CARE.
We believe any furniture is made to be used, if you treat your piece with care it will last forever. Over time, your product will get some patina and scratches from usage.
High-shine polishing is more subject to scratches than brushed polishing. We recommend using placemats on items to avoid unwanted scratches.
General finger prints or dust can be removed with a clean micro-fiber cloth/towel and window/glass cleaner spray.
NOTE: Please note that although our products are highly durable, they are made of steel and may therefore become scratched over time through normal use. We do not replace products that have been damaged after use.
DAMAGED PRODUCT.
All products from CONCEPT STÅL undergo careful quality control in several stages before being packed and shipped. If your order is defective or incorrect upon delivery, we ask you to initiate a complaint case as soon as the issue is discovered, and no later than 3 days from the date of delivery.
You have the right to file a complaint regarding a product if it can reasonably be considered to have a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is not considered defective under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@conceptstal.se. Enter your name, your address, e-mail address, order number, photos of the defect and a description of the error. Note that all complaints are handled via email only. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will primarily repair the product whenever possible.
