When making a purchase on CONCEPT STÅL’s website, you also accept CONCEPT STÅL’s general terms and conditions.

2.0 Ordering
Purchase agreements are entered once CONCEPT STÅL confirms the order sending an order confirmation via email. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified the customer directly at the time of the order. Time of order is once the customer confirms the offer. The order confirmation should be saved for any contact with CONCEPT STÅL customer service.

3.0 Delivery
The delivery time is stated in the order confirmation.

4.0 Prices
CONCEPT STÅL reserves itself for price changes, final sales and any factual errors that may be found on our site or in our advertisements. Factual errors mean, for example, but not exclusively, possible price errors, product descriptions and incorrect stock balances.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5.0 Complaints
All CONCEPT STÅL’s product undergo a careful quality control in several stages before they are packed and sent. If your order was defective or incorrect when you received it, we ask that you to start a complaint case as soon as the error is noticed.
5.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@conceptstal.se where you enter your name, your address, e-mail address, order number, photos of the defective item and a description of the error.
Note that all complaints are handled via email only.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
NOTE: Even though our products are very durable, they are made of steel and can therefore become scratchy. We do not replace product that have been damaged after use.
6.0 Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
